I called Amtrak Guest Rewards to have my account unlocked (I'm always screwing up my passwords), and at the end of the call the lady closed with "thank you for calling AT&T." ... oops!

The guy sitting in front of me on the bus this morning was paging through a U-verse advertising booklet.
