Today...

* Allergens from the lab I'm testing in have got my head going in overdrive. (The mad-crazy sneezing can stop anytime now, honestly.)
* Peter picked me up from work and we drove to the Franklin, WI location to pick up a purchase I made on the internal classified ads at work from someone who used it twice before getting a better one as an x-mas gift (the player is totally worth the price they were asking; it works perfectly with .avi's on DVD-R/+R; also, in case anyone else is interested in it, despite what it says on Amazon, the player comes with the HDMI cable pre-packaged).
[Really, these sneezes can stop now...]
* Went to West Point to pick up tickets for the 7:05pm showing of Pan's Labyrinth (El Laberinto del Fauno).
* Walked over to Yokoso (our regular sushi joint) for a quick dinner before heading back to the theater.
* Got home; cursed sneezes; Peter hooked up new toy and made me tea; drank tea and cursed sneezes; wrote this post (and cursed sneezes)...

Time to deliver items on Cobalt Ocean and then attempt to sleep. (Damn sneezes.)

Peace,
geek. ^_^

I LOVED Pan's Labyrinth!
I took carrie to see it last Sat at the oriental. The guy that plays both Pan and The Pale man, was there to introduce the movie and stayed for Q&As after.

I liked it mostly because it was a new story (unlike Hollywood's facination with '$movie x+1'). I think I am increasingly harder to really impress though... I'm becoming one of 'those people' who you wonder if they like any movie. Although, I do like a whole bunch or I wouldn't keep buying DVDs, non? ;}

I just added you -- I am glad you had fun here in SF, and I'm sorry I had to work a lot. Fortunately, I have something to show for it -- we put http://www.sfindie.com live on Sunday, and I am now feverishly fixing crap that is not exactly the way they want it to be.

It was good to see some people though... especially since Stasha/miss_morte ran out of town when she heard we were coming. ;} (Just kidding, beautiful lady! :p) Site is fast and functional... just the way I like 'em. :D

In good news, I don't have to test in there the rest of the week (I don't think anyway...). :}
